Payment & Returns

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you can return them within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please generate your return label for us at http://return.blaumax.com/ , or contact us at onlineshop@blaumax.com.
The return is made with the shipping service provider through which the package was delivered. (DPD)

Please send the items to us using the returns form included in the package, including details of the reasons for the return.
In Austria, returns can also be handed in free of charge to a BLAUMAX branch for forwarding:

BLAUMAX bears the costs of return shipping within the European Union.
